Facing the critical need for a strategic partner to swiftly conceptualise and execute their comprehensive real estate portfolio strategy in the UK South region, TD SYNNEX turned to Area as their design and delivery partner. The objective was to revolutionise their workforce across their Basingstoke and Bracknell locations, creating an environment transcending traditional workplace paradigms, fostering productivity, holistic wellbeing, and connectivity.
With a building lease nearing expiration and their newly finalised Global Workplace Guidelines shaping their vision, TD SYNNEX decided the timing was right to search for a new facility that would align with their workplace priorities, promoting a happier, healthier, and more connected workplace.
TD SYNNEX’s new office is a destination workplace that feels like a second home. Since moving in, there has been a notable 30% increase in occupancy, reflecting a significant boost in employee engagement.
