Rövid bemutatkozás

As our team continues to expand, we required a new space to accommodate our growth and foster a dynamic work environment that inspires innovation and collaboration. The new Cushman & Wakefield office is a place where modern design meets functionality, technology blends with sustainability, and individual needs align with a collective spirit.
The office transformation took over two years, combining workplace strategy and change management in a step-by-step process. The journey moved from dedicated workspaces to shared desks, with nearly 40% of the space now dedicated to collaborative zones. This change was carefully planned to meet the evolving needs of the team, creating a flexible, dynamic work environment that fosters creativity and cooperation.

A modern and comfortable workspace is not just a place to work but also a source of inspiration for innovation, creativity, and building strong relationships.

The interior of Cushman & Wakefield's new headquarters features an elegant and minimalist combination of white, grey, and wooden tones, creating a pleasant and distraction-free atmosphere. The guiding principle behind the design was the concept of "underdesign," which minimises disruptive colours and elements in the office, allowing employees to fully focus on their work. Emphasis on functionality and comfort, a subtle colour palette, and minimalist lines paired with natural materials create a cosy environment that promotes concentration and creativity. Exposed concrete columns and walls add a unique, authentic character to the space, reflecting the imperfections inherent in life.
Great attention was paid to connecting the interior with its surroundings. Meeting rooms are named after the views they offer, and the space seamlessly integrates with the city panorama. The design is clean and fluid, free of unnecessary barriers, encouraging smooth communication and movement.
The designer, Eliška Košová, focused on modern office trends by replacing expansive open spaces with smaller meeting rooms and flexible work zones tailored to various activities. The office also operates on a shared model with a “clean desk” policy, eliminating fixed desks or offices—even for the Managing Partner. Employees can choose their workspace based on their needs, whether they require a quiet spot for focus, an area for brainstorming, or a dynamic environment for teamwork.
“Based on precise analysis, we found that it wasn’t necessary to provide a fixed workstation for every employee. This allowed us to use the space more efficiently, with nearly 40% dedicated to collaboration. This creates an ideal environment for meetings, brainstorming, and relaxation,” notes Eliška Košová.
In line with the company’s values, great care was taken to ensure the materials used are high-quality and sustainable. Materials with a low carbon footprint, such as recyclable Interface carpets, were chosen. Smart lighting, cooling, and heating systems, combined with eco-conscious employee behaviours such as recycling and maintaining a paperless office, help minimise the environmental impact.

A modern office is not just about construction costs but also about incorporating essential technologies. Thanks to smart solutions and innovative technologies, employees can effortlessly control the office environment, book meeting rooms, and streamline their workflows.
The overall design integrates cutting-edge technology to enable seamless work. Additionally, the open space and large windows flood the office with natural light and provide stunning views of the Danube and the city. Reflecting the corporate identity, the company’s primary colours and logo are subtly incorporated into the details. The most prominent feature is the logo in the reception area, thoughtfully integrated into the overall design.
Eliška Košová, Senior Workplace Strategist and Designer at Cushman & Wakefield, elaborates:
"Corporate culture should be reflected through values, subtly conveyed in the design and quality of the interior. While we are real estate consultants, our office doesn’t feel cold or impersonal. Instead, it creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, reflecting our values – we are both ambitious and approachable."
Building Pribinova 40 - Stands out for its commitment to modern technology and environmental sustainability. Equipped with the latest advancements, this building is designed and operated with a strong focus on minimizing its ecological impact, aspiring to achieve the highest BREEAM rating for sustainability.
